MRI (magnetic resonance imaging)

back to Diagnostics >>

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is used to create tomographic images of bone and soft tissue structures without radiation exposure.

The computer transforms differences in tissue density into highly detailed images. MRI scans are usually not performed on patients who have a pacemaker or metal implantations. In these cases, a thorough consultation is required. We have an interdisciplinary partnership with the radiological practice in the health center.
